Welcome Mail
The Welcome Mail provides all the details to access your account. If you have lost your Welcome Mail and need a new copy, download a copy form the Billing Centre. Alternatively, let us know and we will resend it to the main account holder.
Areas Explained
Depending on your client status, you will have access to various different areas.
Billing Centre
Here you can manage invoices, renewals and support tickets. You can also follow quick links to access the other secure areas including: Control Panel, Webmail, FTP.
Control Panel
This area is used by the website administrator to setup the website and email. If you are a reseller you can decide whether or not to give your clients access to this area.
Webmail
If you set up a pop3 or IMAP mailbox, you can access your email through a browser. Each mailbox has its own login details which you create from the Control Panel.
WHM
This area is reserved for resellers to setup and manage their own hosting plans. From this area resellers have access to a great number of extra tools.
FTP
This area is for clients to access their site pages from a browser. This is not intended as a fully blown File Access facility but more to help you stay in touch whilst travelling.
Guarantee
We operate a 14-day guarantee period for all new clients which means, if you are not completely satisfied we will refund any hosting charges you have paid. To cancel your account within the first 14-days, simply return your Welcome Mail to us with your written confirmation of cancellation. Please note that domain charges are non-refundable and domain names can not be transferred within 60 days of first registration. Additionally, this offer is open to new clients only and not existing clients who are already familiar with our services.
Anonymous
To aid resellers of our hosting, the Control Panel interface has no mention of Saffas so resellers can provide Control Panel access to their own customers without any mention of our company. The Billing Centre interface does mention Saffas however, resellers' end clients do not have access to this section. This explains why you will never see the Saffas name spread across your website environment.
