As well as the normal methods of uploading pages to your website you can 'share files' through most browser windows. Browser-based FTP is not the most functional or reliable method of FTP and should only be used if there are no other options.
Internet Explorer
To upload through Internet Explorer ...
login to IE
type this in where you would normally type in a URL making sure to insert your information in place of the username, password, and domain name:
ftp://username:password@ftp.change-domain.com
if you want to upload something, just drag the files from your Windows explorer window into your browser window.
Netscape
To upload through Netscape Navigator ...
open Netscape
type this in where you would normally type in a URL making sure to insert your information in place of the username, password, and domain name:
ftp://username@ftp.change-domain.com
it will then ask you for your password and you will need to type it into the box there.
if you want to upload something, just drag the files from your Windows explorer window into your browser window.
