Design - Custom Error Pages
How to set up your custom error pages.
To retain visitors and enhance their browsing experience, we recommend all clients make use of the available custom error pages.
Clients with Advanced Plans can create custom error pages to display when a user enters a wrong URL, an outdated URL or when the user is not authorized to access a specific directory of your web space.
You can customize the following error pages: 400, 401, 403, 404, 500
To do so, log into your Control Panel and select the 'custom error pages' icon. Click on the page you wish to customize and you will be presented with an on screen editor to make the required changes.
Clients with a Standard Plan can customise their default 404 - page not found.
To do so, login to your Control Panel, click on 'web' and then on 'custom error page'.
