Due to the difference in how each service is setup, the renewal process varies.
Renew Hosting
We raise invoices 21 days before the due date and send a copy to you by email. If you wish to renew the hosting service, payment instructions will be detailed on the invoice.
Once logged in you see the main account summary page.
At the top of the page will be a notice that you have outstanding invoices. Simply follow this link to make payment.
Renew Domain
If your domain was registered through Saffas or if you transferred the IPS Tag (or renewal rights) to Saffas then we will contact in good time before it is due for renewal.
Reminder messages are sent out 60, 30 and 7 days prior to the renewal date.

Once logged in you see the main account summary page.
The first section covers 'packages/services' and offers a quick view of any domains due to expire.
Click the 'view/edit' link alongside this notice and you will be taken to the list of domains due to expire.
Click the 'renew' icon alongside the domain to renew it. You can then follow the checkout process to renew the domain.
Please note, if no renewal icon is shown then the domain can not yet be renewed.
If your domain was not registered through Saffas or if we do not hold the IPS Tag then we are not responsible for renewal of the domain and you will be contacted by your existing registrar instead.
If you do not renew your domain by the due date then it may expire, lapse and be available for purchase by someone else.
To ensure continuation of your domain service, all domain renewals need to be received by the due date. For any domain that is not renewed by the due date we will be unable to guarantee renewal or the cost of renewal.
Renew Other
If you have 'other' items to renew (SSL, bespoke hosting, addons) then we will invoice you 21 days in advance and you can follow the above process for 'Renew Hosting'.
