The Billing Centre should not be confused with the user Control Panel.
Who Has Access
The Billing Centre is available to top-level clients only.
A top-level client is usually the person who places the initial order with Saffas.
If you are a reseller, your own clients will not have access to the Billing Centre unless they place an order direct with us or you allow them access to your own Billing Centre.

Your username would have been confirmed in the email you received when your account was first set up. If you have lost or forgotten your password then request a reminder from the login screen. If you have forgotten your username AND password, let us know and we will resend a reminder to you.
Features
The Billing Centre has many functions and should be considered the main place to login and manage your plans.
You can quickly view and manage domain and hosting accounts and the renewal dates of each. This is useful if you hold multiple accounts and want to keep track of renewals.
Historical billing enables a clear summary of previous payments and those falling due. You can print off copies of old invoices for VAT and end of year returns.
You can raise help tickets to our sales and support staff to discuss issues.
Please note: the contact details we hold in the Billing Centre are the main details used when sending out invoices and payment reminders. It is important these details kept up to date.
