Domain Transfer
We can help you transfer your domain.
If you have an existing domain with another registrar, you can still use it with your new hosting plan at Saffas. We are on hand to offer assistance and advice where we can so please feel free to let us know if you are struggling at any point.

To get online in the quickest and easiest way, all you need do is ...
1 - order an Advanced Hosting Plan with Saffas. We will send you the Welcome Mail within 10 minutes and you can start building your website straight away.
2 - setup any email accounts on the server.
3 - contact your existing domain registrar and give them the following instruction ...
"For my domain (change-domain.com) please update the DNS details to the following: ns1.saffasX.com and ns2.saffasX.com."
Please be sure to alter 'change-domain.com' for your own domain. Also, check your Welcome Mail for the correct ns1 and ns2 settings.
This process will see your existing domain stay where it is with only the hosting portion transferred to Saffas. In which case, Saffas will be responsible for the renewal of your hosting plan whilst your existing registrar will still be responsible for the renewal of your domain name.
If you want to transfer your domain completely (so that Saffas are responsible for domain renewal) it can be done however, the process is a little more complex and may incur a charge.
